hookah side effects

The problem with hookah smoking is that there are so many potential side effects, you may not even know if you're to make shisha having any of them. Here are some of the most common ones:

Dry mouth and throat. The smoke itself can dry out your mouth and throat, so you might want to consider using a wet sponge or other solution to moisten it before smoking.

Cough and wheeze. Since smoke contains carbon monoxide, it can irritate your lungs and cause coughing and wheezing.

Bronchitis. Hookah smoke contains carcinogenic substances that can cause lung cancer, including beta-caryophyllene (BCP), which is found in almost all types of tobacco products. BCP also causes bronchitis when inhaled in large amounts over time.

Hepatitis C infection (HCV). HCV is a viral infection that affects the liver, but the risk is higher if you use a hookah regularly or often enough to be exposed to BCP or other harmful substances in the smoke. HCV can be transmitted through blood-to-blood contact or contaminated needles used for injection drug use.

Hookah smoking is a traditional part of the Middle Eastern culture, but it has now become quite popular in Europe and North America. But this is not something that you want to do for long periods of time.

Hookahs are made from clay or glass and come in many different shapes, sizes and colors. They have been around for thousands of years, but they have only been used for smoking in the last 150 years or so.

Hookah smoking can be very dangerous if you do not know how to use them properly. It can cause lung irritation and other health problems if you inhale too much smoke while using a hookah or if you do not clean it properly after each use.

Hookah smoke is not exactly the same as ordinary cigarette smoke. The main difference is that it contains nicotine, which is why hookah smokers are more prone to nicotine addiction than cigarette smokers.

The other major difference between hookah and cigarettes is that hookah smoking involves combustion of tobacco and water, whereas cigarette smoking involves combustion of tobacco and air.

Hookah smoke contains high concentrations of carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), nitric oxide (NO), and hydrogen cyanide (HCN).

Hookah smoking also causes significant amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) to be exhaled into the lungs when one takes a puff on the hose. This causes irritation in the throat and lungs, coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest pain.
